An exciting opportunity has arisen to joining the Oxby & Parke Recruitment agency client in Bourne End, Slough. This contact centre employer is looking for a Bi-Lingual Customer Service Executive fluent in English and French to join their busy contact centre.

Responsibilities

The Role:

Providing and maintaining high levels of customer service, building and maintaining customer relationships
Providing customers with product knowledge and help resolve queries they have
process orders, provide order information for clients
Maintaining accurate customer records.
Updating pricing systems
Achieve individual KPI's and team/company targets

Qualifications

Fluent French written and spoken
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Packages and in house data packages
Strong administration and organisational skills

Job Benefits

Salary:
£20,000 - £24,000
