Call centre company based in Bicester are looking for a Bi-Lingual Customer Service Executive fluent in English and German to join there busy call centre team in Oxfordshire.
Providing and maintaining high levels of customer service
Providing customers with product knowledge and help resolve queries they have
Working with various teams internally and out in the field. i.e. booking engineers, liaising with technical support, finance teams etc...
Ensuring company standards and procedures are adhered to
Strive to achieve individual KPI's and team/company targets
Fluent German speaking
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Packages
Experienced within a fast paced contact centre
Able to managed your own workload
