Warehouse Operatives on a full time, permanent basis at Maidstone Fowler Welch logistics warehouse in Redwall Lane , Linton - Kent.
Day Shift: any 4 in 7 days, 06.00-18.00
Night Shift: any 4 in 7 nights, 18.00-06.00
Pay Rates per hour:
Weekdays - £11.10ph - £12.21 ph.
Saturday - £ 13.32ph - £14.65 ph.
Sunday - £16.65 ph. - £18.32ph
Job duties
Ensure all operational activity is carried out safely and in line with the company’s Health & Safety policy, SSOWs, and HACCP regulations.
To carry out any operational activity as instructed which you are properly trained to undertake including but not limited to; Goods-in, Put away, Replenishment, Picking, Marshalling, Loading, De-kitting, Recycling, and damages.
To reach and maintain the standards required to meet the Company's performance & productivity targets.
Use the correct PPE for the activity/temperature range for the area in which you are working.
Ensure that site practices, policies and procedures are followed and hygiene standards are maintained.
To use all work equipment provided to you as instructed and to maintain the condition of that equipment.

Fowler Welch is a multi award-winning supply chain and logistics specialist working with retailers, wholesalers, and manufacturers across London and the West Midlands.
Assemble customer orders from the order profile.
Ensure the correct amount of product is picked and built, correctly and safely, onto pallets in line with warehouse procedures.
Stretch wrap completed order and present to marshalling area as appropriate.
Undertaking further warehouse operative duties of marshalling, cleaning, loading, goods-in, pallet checking, as requested by the site management team
