Part Time Postman/Women with driving licence needed at Watford Royal Mail Delivery Centre.

Temporary Contract: Fixed Term until 26/02/22
Work Hours: 30:00 hours per a week / Part Time
Shift: Between 08:30 and 14:30, 5 days per week (Monday – Sunday)
Hourly Pay Rate: £12.87 (aged 18+). £10.01 (aged 17)

From scorching summer days to the depths of winter, Royal Mail postal workers play a vital role, delivering the mail. It’s a physically demanding job – but it’s one the nation relies on. Here, you will be:

Collecting Royal Mail parcels from local post offices/Delivering Parcels to Royal Mail Centre
Working part-time hours between the hours of 08:30 and 14:30
Covering periods of leave for a fixed number of routes (so you’ll need to be a bit flexible)
Sorting the mail for your route
Checking your vehicle and join a colleague for your round
Spending between four and six hours delivering mail outdoors
