The Supply Chain Assistant will be responsible for the inbound & domestic traffic for both wholesale and retail. Managing the wholesale key account order and delivery process of goods or services.

Responsible for inbound and domestic traffic for wholesale channel.
Key point of contact for HUGO BOSS UK & Irish wholesale clients, providing operational, logistics and administrational support
Manage and resolve all the customer discrepancies on deliveries: shortages/overs
Responsible for authorising, investigating and tracking wholesale customer return
Develop and maintain good client relationships by delivering best customer service whilst ensuring an efficient and smooth supply chain.
Producing of weekly supply chain reports & delivery updates
Liaise directly with the carriers to ensure that the correct packing, labelling and delivery criteria are followed for all customers Coordinating movements of stock and tracking all consignments
Organise and monitor all bookings, apply for MDA’ and ASN’s for the customers that require it.
Support with Wholesale order book management (placement, phasing and delivery) for wholesale key accounts)
Providing clients with delivery information: daily/weekly delivery updates, barcode reports, delivery phasing
Working closely with Wholesale sales team & Accounts Receivable
Supporting with any ad hoc projects
Ensuring deadlines are met and general administration is completed as required by Supply Chain Head of and Manager
