As a member of the Balfour Beatty site laboratory team you will test the behaviour of bulk construction materials. The results of these tests will be used to improve the performance of existing products, to eliminate faults with construction materials already in use, and to help with the development of new technologies. You will be supporting the management and delivery of our materials engineering service across the HS2 project.
Apprenticeships Salary for 16 to 24 years old:
The 2021 National Minimum Wage rate for an apprentice is from £4.15 to 8.85 per hour.

About Balfour Beatty:
